The address

The Horizon stands in Bijilo, with the Atlantic on one side and Bijilo National Park and the Conference Centre on the other. Homes face one or the other, or look back across the city — the brochure names the outlook for every typology, and it is the first thing our sales team will ask you about.

The homes

Five typologies repeat up the tower, each with an A and a B variant that mirror one another. The compact 1 BHK Executive at 46.3 m² sits in the centre of the plate over the first-floor pool; the 3 BHK at 107.5 m² takes the corners, with sea view and a Juliet balcony.

The first floor is the exception. It gives most of its area over to the amenity deck — pool, gym, mini spa, indoor games, café and the kids’ play area — and carries only six homes along its north side, all of them 2 or 3 BHK. Every floor above it repeats the same sixteen-home plate. Six plus eleven floors of sixteen is the 182 apartments the brochure counts.
