The address

Marina Grand stands on the Senegambia Strip in Kololi, a few minutes from Kololi Beach and the Atlantic. The strip’s hotels and restaurants are a short walk away, Bijilo National Park is 1.5 km off, Banjul city centre is 13 km (about 20 minutes) and Banjul International Airport 16 km (about 25 minutes).

The homes

The building is two mirrored wings, A and B, that open onto a landscaped pool court. Floors 1 to 8 repeat one plate of twenty homes — studios, 1 BHK and 2 BHK apartments, ten to a wing.

Above them the plates change. The 9th floor has fourteen homes and brings in the 3 BHK apartments, with the biggest decks in the building. The 10th has ten homes around the eco deck and infinity pool that bridges the two wings. The 11th has just four 3 BHK apartments, with decks of up to 148 m². The 12th floor is the penthouse level: two 6 BHK penthouses, one at the head of each wing, each the lower deck of a double-deck home — a double-height living room with a bar counter, a spiral stair to the level above, and four private decks, the largest 212 m². Fully smart-furnished, with a panoramic sea view.

Every apartment has air-conditioning in the living room and bedrooms and a furnished kitchen with a microwave oven and refrigerator. Parking is included as per unit type — one dedicated bay for a 2 BHK and two for a 3 BHK on the upper floors.
