The House of Swami
Swami India International Limited was formed in 2004 under The Gambia’s Companies Act 1955, on a single idea: that high-quality homes and construction should be available at a price people can actually reach.
A privately owned, wholly integrated developer.
Two decades on, that founding idea has become Paradise Estate, Paradise View, Sun Beach Village, Barakah Estate, Forest View Apartments, Aquaview Apartments and Airport Residency — and the towers now rising over Fajara and Bijilo.
We design, contract, drill, mine and manufacture in-house. That vertical control is why our timelines hold, why our finishes stay consistent across a whole estate, and why our buyers deal with one accountable name from reservation through to handover — and long after it.

Leadership

Khimji V. Pindoria
Managing Director
A civil engineer by training, with some 28 years of real estate and construction experience across Africa — Kenya, Ghana and The Gambia. He has led the company since it was formed in 2004.
Suresh N. Pindoria
Director & Promoter
A commerce graduate who joined the company in 2007 as chief accountant and now oversees the borehole drilling and quarry mining divisions alongside his board responsibilities.

2004Swami India International Limited is formed under The Gambia’s Companies Act 1955.
2007Suresh N. Pindoria joins as chief accountant; the borehole drilling division is established.
2010sParadise Estate, Sun Beach Village and Barakah Estate are delivered and occupied.
2015The quarry at Farato opens, bringing laterite supply in-house.
2019Aquaview and Forest View Apartments hand over; the paving block plant comes online.
TodayThe Diplomat, The Horizon, Airport Residency and Barakah Estate Apartments are selling.
