Established in 2004, Swami India International Limited was founded on a single idea: that high-quality homes and construction should be within reach. Two decades on, that idea has become Paradise Estate, Sun Beach Village, Aquaview, Barakah — and the towers now rising over Fajara and Bijilo.
We design, contract, drill, mine and manufacture in-house. That vertical control is why our timelines hold, our finishes are consistent, and our buyers deal with one accountable name from reservation to handover.

Residents
We bought off-plan from London and worried the whole way through. The build ran to schedule, the handover pack was complete, and the management team still answers the phone two years on.
What sold us was walking a finished Swami building before signing anything. You could see the standard rather than be told about it.
The payment schedule was linked to construction stages, so every instalment matched something we could actually see standing on the site.
Twenty years in, they are still the developer people name first here. That reputation is the reason we did not shop around.
